In addition to tuition, school fundraisers keep our preschool going strong. While fundraising only accounts for a small percentage of the preschool’s overall budget, it is vital to C-W’s financial health.
Families are encouraged to participate in the following fundraisers. However, we also provide an annual buy out option at the beginning of the school year.

Fall Fun Run
Join us 10am September 26, 2026 at Hamllik Park for our Fall Fun Run! Register and pre-order student t-shirts today!
We introduced this exciting fundraiser Fall 2018 and it was a big hit! It’s a great way to involve your extended family, friends, neighbors etc. Plus the kids love getting to run and its a great way to help connect families outside of the classroom!
In early Spring, our families can order hanging basket’s just in time for Mother’s Day!

Annual Buy Out
This year our goal is to have each student raise $100 total. Families who prefer not participate in any of our annual fundraisers are offered an annual buy out option at the beginning of the school year.
We keep our fundraising goal to a minimum because your time is important and we know donation dollars are often spread among multiple children and between various schools and organizations.
The preschool also participates in several ongoing fundraising programs. Funds raised through these programs are available to the teachers in order to purchase items for the classrooms such as books and new toys. You can also choose to purchase directly from teacher wishlists.

Fred Meyer Community Rewards
Early 2014 Fred Meyer began a new program to give back to the community.
Simply login to the Fred Meyer Rewards page to link your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to the Camas-Washougal Parent Co-op Preschool Community Rewards Program, and Fred Meyer will donate money to the preschool every time you shop and swipe your Rewards Card. Please note this is completely separate from the personal Rewards you will receive.
