Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year is OPEN

Click this link to go to our Registration shop.
Put each item you want in your cart (ex: AM3s class, Tuesday STEAM Team, Wednesday Lunch Bunch, and Curiosity Club, for a total of 4 items) and go to “checkout”. You will complete the checkout as if you are purchasing the classes, however they will all be listed as $0. You must complete checkout to reserve your spot.

Once you have “checked-out”, email the Registrar a copy of your child’s birth certificate (to verify identify and age—these are not saved) at registrar@cwcoop.org.
Our Registrar will create a Brightwheel account for your student. Be sure to check your email for an email from Brightwheel. Our Treasurer will send you an invoice for the registration fees via Brightwheel within 24 hours of you registering. You must pay the invoice within 24 hours of receiving it, otherwise you forfeit your spot. All fees are nonrefundable.
If the class you want is “sold out”, email the Registrar with you desired class(es) at registrar@cwcoop.org. All emails will be timestamped and that will be the order of the compiled waitlist.

What you’ll need to register:

registration payment (non-refundable)
copy of your child’s legal birth certificate
your child's immunization records will be required to be on file by Orientation night in September - Please see https://www.cwcoop.org/immunization-policy for more information about our immunization policy

Payment information (all payments are non-refundable):

2s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $185 total due
3’s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $200 total due
4’s Classes: Registration + Supplies Fee plus $50 tuition deposit = $220 total due
STEAM Team = $30/day
Lunch Bunch = $10/day
Curiosity Club = $30/day
